Returns & Refunds policy

Eligibility for Returns:

• We accept returns within 02 days from the date of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized or customized items.

• Perishable goods such as food items.

• Items marked as final sale or clearance.

Return Process:

• Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Video Documentation Requirement:

• In order to process your refund or return request, we require you to provide a video recording showcasing the product as received. The video should clearly display the packaging and the condition of the item as received.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package.

Refund Processing:

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 02 days.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

• We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible, at no additional cost to you.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods:

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Cancellation Policy:
